PGS SA promotes and supports the principles of organic agriculture as defined by the worldwide umbrella organisation for the organic agriculture movement, the International Federation ofOrganic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). IFOAM supports the development of PGS within the region and advocates for the recognition of PGS by governments.
